- What iAssistant.NET web application is?
Simply said, iAssistant.NET is a web application, which allows you to manage, share and access company information over the Internet between all your accounts. Information means contacts, companies, calendar, tasks, documents and links, all organized by groups. We are naming this collaborative Internet suite as PDW (Personal Web Assistant).
Your data can easily imported from or exported into MS Outlook (contacts, calendar and tasks) or MS Outlook Express (contacts).

- Why should I use iAssistant.NET?
This web application was developed having in mind business users. It's best suitable for:- Small businesses sharing client contact information, calendar, tasks, documents and links between employees;
- Quick client data access for assistants, secretaries or customer support;
- Distributed teams or contractors;
- Departments in larger companies;
- Personal use;

You can't, but you can request a free demo account. This account is fully functional, for testing purposes. Our application is accessible only to registered members to ensure high quality services and safe environment.

- How much does it cost?
Please refer to price page for latest updates. Currently, we have only one low flat rate, per member (can have any number of members for your company). Fees are paid monthly or annually and get one month free (pay only 11 months/year)!
Such accounts have some decent limits for traffic and web space (up to a few Gb traffic per month and up to 100-150 Mb storage for files). For more traffic or web space please contact us and we'll give you a quote or read this.
But please, don't worry. Most of the websites are far from these limits. These limits are suitable for most of our client with no problem or upgrade. We still handle special requests, in a special manner and you'll always know in advance all costs.
There are no other hidden costs.
- How safe are online payments?
Payments are safely processed by PayPal or 2Checkout using their secure servers (SSL). We are not storing or have access to your credit card or private data, other than contact information.
Millions use their services and proved secure, so, please don't worry.
- How safe is my data? Where is my data stored?
This was one of the most important concerns we have. All accounts can access only their company data and are protected with passwords. It's up to you to keep these passwords secure.
There are no pages exposed to URL forgery or available thru crafted links.
Your data is stored on our servers and is and remains private only to you. We are not accessing, exposing or selling your private data. For special needs or having this application installed on your servers please read this.
- What if I already have a website?
No problem. This application would be available from our servers, only to your employees and has nothing to do with your public web site.
- Where I can report a problem or ask more questions?
Best solution is to register for free in our forums or even ask anonymously a pre-sale question (no registration required for non-members). This way your questions and answers may help other people.
