  1. What Groups are?
    Goups are a simple method to organize information. You can group together contacts, companies, events, tasks, documents or links. For all these categories you have quick access links for items grouped together. For instance, contacts or companies from the same group.
     
  2. How can I add, edit or delete groups?
    You can manage your groups from Group page. Each group apply only to one type of resources. For instance, onlu contacts, or only companies (you can't have a group with both contacts and companies).
    When adding a new group you have to specify its type. Later, you can change or delete all groups.
     
  3. What happen with records in a group when deleting it?
    Nothing. Its content won't be deleted.
     
  4. Other tips for Groups?
    - Use appropriate group names for quick access;
    - Each resource can have only one group (can't be part of multiple groups);
